This terms and conditions document ("Terms") serves as a legal agreement between rbajy and its users ("you" or "member"). 02Account Registration & Management
Account Creation Rules
Each individual may create only one account on rbajy. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses received will be considered void. Information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- Your name, mobile number, and payment details must be entered correctly.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party.

- Transferring, selling, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification (KYC)
rbajy may at any time request your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Submitting false documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

03Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on rbajy: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
- You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to your verified payment account.
- The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- If KYC verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, rbajy may temporarily suspend withdrawals.
04Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total ৳26,000.
No promo code is required for this bonus; it will be applied automatically after the first deposit.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- Bets placed in certain games may not count toward bonus wagering.
Bonus Abuse
The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:
- Claiming the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts.
- Placing opposing bets to reduce bonus risk.
- Using reliable outcome-related information strategically to obtain bonuses.
- Claiming bonuses using false identity or payment information.
05VIP Program & Cashback
VIP Tiers & Benefits
The rbajy VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier based on regular play volume:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Progression to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity. rbajy reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions.
06Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Policy
rbajy is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment for all members. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
rbajy does not interfere with any member's game outcomes, and no game result is predetermined.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Operating games using hacking, software bots, or automation tools.
- Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug.
- Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or control over other members' accounts.
- Any fraudulent activity that could damage the image or reputation of rbajy.
- Harassing or intimidating other members on the platform.

- If any one provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
- rbajy's failure to enforce any term on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative document.
- rbajy reserves the right to close any member's account at any time without giving a reason.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between rbajy and the member.
